Price for service is through the roof, I came in for driver side mirror repair and service manager told me i would still cost me $136 plus hst to have someone look at it. Why pay diagnostic fee when I already told you what the problem is. I have never written a review or bother but I do today so people can avoid this place, sure it looks nice and people wear nice clothes but dont be fool by this. Now into my third car (325, 335, 435), I note a severe decline in customer service since 2015. And it has never been as bad as the last year. First service on the 435 was bad and they did the minimum service without addressing my after purchase concerns. Now, I've been trying to get an appointment for six months and they still aren't calling me back. xxx? What do I need to do to get a call-back? Picket in front of the dealership? Time to fire the service manager, get a professional in and adopt policies and service standards that are at par with BMW client expectation. Sorryif I'm being harsh, but this service situation is just getting out of hand. Maybe I'm just a regular customer that buys a new car every three years and they have plenty of clients to make up for my lost but one would assume/hope a serious enterprise would consider its returning clientele better than Elite is and keep the dollars pouring in. But maybe not. There are lots of BMWs out there and I feel they've given up on their clientele base. Maybe they are overwhelmed by the success of the brand... Maybe time to look at switching again, unfortunately. I just wish Elite BMW could prove me wrong....... More

I discussed the issue with the General Manager but instead of refunding the over charged amount, he offered an hour credit toward next service. In addition, I had one of the worse service advisers dealing with me on this issue. He was totally unprofessional with zero customer service. I would never leave my car at this dealer for service specially for electrical issue since there is no way to track time if you are not present. Does he seriously think that I am going back there again for an hour credit toward my next service!!! I guess, with these BMW dealers issues, my next car for sure not going to be a BMW. More

First visit, very impressed! Visited Elite yesterday to get my yearly maintenance done on my m3, from the second I walked in the door I was treated very professionally. I delt with the service advisor Tyler who made things very quick and understanding then jumped in the shuttle downtown to work with the driver Pierre. During the day I was called to be made aware the vehicle was done and what time the shuttle would pick me up. When arriving my vehicle was all ready and everything was done. Very easy visit. Elite was great. More
