Bought a used 2024 CX-5…as soon as they had my money the smiles stopped and people disappeared. They gave me only one key fob….” I guess it only came with one”. Would they say that if the jack and spare was missing? New fob is over $400, plus programming…!! Manager said: “ It’s only a hundred bucks”…. Pants on fire. I picked up the car, no sales people walked me through it, paired my phone, went over the dash…never happened before. I gave them 2 fobs on my trade. I feel mistreated, and ripped off. They knew one fob…they don’t give a rats bottom after they have the check. For a customer to have to go over a vehicle with such attention to the smallest detail (the manual key was missing as well), is unacceptable. Never going back. The service guys must be cut from the same cloth. More
I have taken my car back three times for the same problems. The one key fob didn’t work and there is still a shield hanging down underneath. First time they said they changed the battery in the key fob but still didn’t work. The shield underneath is still hanging down. Was told it was warped and that I didn’t need it any. Third time changed battery in key fob worked. Must have been bad batteries more like didn’t change it. They said the took shield off. Got home checked still hanging down. Was told they took the other side off which was not hanging down. I am now going to my own garage as I am done with Edwards service people. I have warranty left on it but not worth the drive. The sales and office staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. More
Worst service I’ve ever received. I’m 60 years old and I’ve owned a car since I was 16 except for my junkers in my teens and early 20s I have never had as much trouble with the car as I’m 60 years old and I’ve owned a car since I was 16 except for my junkers in my teens and early 20s I have never had as much trouble with the car as with my 2020 Mazda three. The problems were compounded by horrible service at Edwards. Nazda task as simple as changing. The battery in the fob will be on their abilities, and as they didn’t test, I left the dealership with it not working.. A day later, I was stranded in the forest because the fob would not open my car (as mentioned I’m 60 years old I’m a person with a disability so being stranded in the woods is a bit uncomfortable. Instead of being apologetic for not testing their own repair (apparently you’re supposed to calibrate a fob which they did not do) they shamed me and chastised me for being rude (I have repeatedly been stranded by my two-year-old car, and they have been unable to solve any of the issues so I admit I did get a bit vulgar) Master Canada sent a request that they actually took my car for a proper test drive to identify the issues they did not. Interestingly, they had bizarre solutions for the problems like my console not working(Press the volume button repeatedly??) or for my alarm going off repeatedly (disconnect the battery reconnect the battery push the break for two minutes. I felt like I was in an amusement park.) obviously, these problems had occurred before After I complain to the general manager, I was encouraged to find another dealership as apparently my manners were more of a concern that they’re in ability to service my car. They’re complete lack of quality control, or any sense of responsibility for the product. I will not buy another Mazda, The combination of a troublesome car and horrible service has been too much I’m going to deal with Mazda Canada directly, but I encourage local people to stay away from that dealership and from Mazda in general as they will not receive good service in this area. Via Maza only if you want to be stranded, shamed talked down to, and then refused service. More

After about 6 oil changes I went to the in town “Oil Changers” and they were amazed at the dark colour of my oil. However what was more shocking was the air cleaner that had about 2 years of debris formed in it. Like other reviews have said, they are friendly till you sign. More

But not even an hour later the amazing staff at Edwards Mazda has me in a brand new 2018 vehicle with payments I can afford! My family had need dealing with Edwards for many years and we have had only amazing dealings would definitely recommend! Our sales person Cody was very helpful and understanding and when it came down to financing Anil and Steve truest knocked of out of the park and I am so grateful for how much they’ve helped me! More
Worst Dealer ib the valley Bought my Mzada 6 new from there. They were a week late on delivery. When they did finally get the car, they told me it was ready and it did not have Bought my Mzada 6 new from there. They were a week late on delivery. When they did finally get the car, they told me it was ready and it did not have the winter tires installed, or the block heater or the autostart. I had to take 3 seperate days off work after purchase to come back in so they could put on the stuff that was supposed to be on for delivery. Once i had it all installed. The autostart didnt work (was never programmed according performance mazda in kanate) and the tech didnt fill up the car completely with coolant. More

They broke and dented others parts which caused the car to drive poorly and steering wheel to shake. When we called them out in it, they could not have cared less. Don't take your car here to get fixed. Don't buy a car here. Go anywhere else. More

From start to finish Jeff made the purchase of the car easy breezy. Recently we brought it back due to some defects in the paint on the roof. We were concerned that we werent gonna get any help when it came to the body work. To my surprise Eddy, Jeff and the crew stepped up and took care of us without any questions. Not only did they take care of the bill but they also had the job done in two days and detailed the car for us! Now this is what we call service! To all other dealers and potential buyers, these guys are the real deal, they know what they are doing. Thanks Mike and Jasmine More
