Was totally dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the Sales manager of the used car sales department. I would not recommend the use car sales. Bought a used car there and started havin received from the Sales manager of the used car sales department. I would not recommend the use car sales. Bought a used car there and started having problems with the car,(two weeks after) service tried to fix..ended up going to Shaw GM to get it fixed as well. Needed a fob for the car so the security light would stop coming on and make the car not start. Still having problem after 4 months...in advertising they say ALL cars come with a warranty ( not true) talked to sales manager about problem and how we could fix it and make me happy. Said there is no warranty on cars under $5000 (which I was not told and was not offered to buy extended warranty)and I should have bought extended warranty. Had a young salesman when we bought the car.Told me he could not help me and I was on my own to deal with the car. I even lease a car from them and had no problem until now.....even being a member of the Calgary Flames family does not give you any advantage...it's your word against theirs, I think even if you had something in writing they would still no honour that.....beware!!, More

I feel positively duped by this dealership and wish I would have read the reviews prior to going there and saved myself a trip. Eastside Kia was recommended by someone so I just figured I was going to g would have read the reviews prior to going there and saved myself a trip. Eastside Kia was recommended by someone so I just figured I was going to get a good deal dealing with trustworthy people. I had gone to purchase one vehicle that was advertised and told none of those existed and was convinced to purchase something else. I felt pressured to buy and found out that that price I paid was considerably more than the website. I had researched the price for the vehicle I wanted to buy and didn't realize how much the sales person was jacking up the price of the vehicle I ended up buying. When I sent an email to Kia Canada I was told I have to deal with the dealership directly as they were individually owned. When I sent an email to Eastside Kia they did not even have the courtesy to respond to my issues. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and have gone out of my way to make sure anyone that asks knows not to deal with them. I guess I should have stuck to Ford! More
I have gone into this dealership twice looking at the Optima. First time the sales person was not educated on the trims, colours, features nor what they had in stock. He would only make a rough estimat Optima. First time the sales person was not educated on the trims, colours, features nor what they had in stock. He would only make a rough estimate on the prices. Second time I was in the sales person (male) was personable and answered all most all of my questions with out hesitating and added to the information. Problem came when it came to price. He claimed it was a $1500 rebate on cash purchases. (actually $2000) The first 3 payments on us, as $1100 it is actually $1200 etc... when I checked it out on the website he came up with the excuse that it was up to the dealerships to decide but he would honour it if it was on the Kia website. Even when I make an offer and break down the factory discounts along with their own advertised discounts it confuses them. Some dealerships are even adding $350 for block heaters to be added. When most include them in the cost. Car shopping with dealerships is getting frustrating. More
I started my car shopping experience online at www.eastsidekia.ca, I submitted a request through the website to get more information on a Pre-Owned Forte Koup they had. I heard back immediately fr www.eastsidekia.ca, I submitted a request through the website to get more information on a Pre-Owned Forte Koup they had. I heard back immediately from the Internet Manager Dave Dubbin and we set up a time to view the vehicle. I loved the drive and ended up dealing with Dave and his manager Mike on getting a good deal on my car. Very happy with the staff at the store very professional. More
Never trust anyone at Eastside Kia. First they tried convince to buy their stock models, which isnt' exactly what I was looking for. They had me sign 'formal' agreement before letting me go on a test dr convince to buy their stock models, which isnt' exactly what I was looking for. They had me sign 'formal' agreement before letting me go on a test drive. The salesperson sat in the car during my test drive and kept telling me where to turn and I felt manipulated. They said they offer discounts on purchases but in fact their prices were higher to begin with compared to Kia's website. When I told the salesperson I have to think about the purchase and started to leave his expression suddenly turned sour and it was totally uncalled for. I left the dealership feeling degraded More
