I ran into a bit of an urgent situation with my 14-day new Kia Seltos (purchased at a different dealer) on a Friday evening. I had driven through a construction zone and picked up a nail in my tire. I was new Kia Seltos (purchased at a different dealer) on a Friday evening. I had driven through a construction zone and picked up a nail in my tire. I was too far away from home to safely use the spare tire, but as I had purchased the 1-year Kia tire warranty on the vehicle, I brought it into Donnelly - the closest dealership to me at the time. The service team confirmed the issue with my tire, but when I asked about honouring the tire warranty, I was told there was no such thing. I then went to the sales team to verify and they too told me there was no such thing. After an hour, while the service team conferred, I was told they were going to replace my tire with the spare in the trunk and send me on my way. As I live 45 minutes away from Donnelly, I asked that they please not do that, because travelling home on the spare exceeded the safe distance/speed parameters of the spare. I was told that the spare was the only option and it was too late in the day for any other action. When I returned home I placed a call to the dealership where I leased my vehicle, to ask more questions about the tire warranty. They not only confirmed the warranty was real and should have been honoured by Donnelley, but drove out to my home to collect the flat tire, replaced the tire, and returned it to my front door within 48 hours. After 15 years of buying (3)/leasing (1) vehicles from Donnelly, I could not be happier with the service I'm receiving from other Kia dealerships. More
This is the email i recieved from the representive that helped me with ky car. He wanted me to pay 1000 bucks after I signed the cotract and brought my new car home. He is very unprofessional and hope a manager an respond to this.:Not that you care, but today I lost my trust with my manager because I rushed to help you get into a car. I've always been stabbed in the back but never learnt my lesson. Keep the $1000 and never contact us again. Have a nice life More
Awful maintenance experience. .I’ve brought my care here 2 times. First they forgot to do any work at all and I needed my car so I just took it and got it fixed elsewhere , second .I’ve brought my care here 2 times. First they forgot to do any work at all and I needed my car so I just took it and got it fixed elsewhere , second time they told me I HAD to buy new lug nuts for the rims I had on, they failed to tell me if I used these on other rims they would destroy them. My summer rims are now ruined. Btw I was using the same lug nuts for years on both rims with no issues. They also told me my car was ready for pick up and when I would arrive it was not even worked on. I complained they did nothing, I told them the service was awful, they denied it and now text and email me asking when I’ll be back despite me telling them to leave me alone and how unimpressed I was. Also the people working the counter in maintenance are dismissive and clearly do not care about the customer. More
