He listened carefully to me while I described what I was looking for in a new car. I explained that I felt my leading preference was a Kia Optima. He agreed that he thought that fit my description well. I appreciated that he was willing to show me a product different that what he usually sells, again, because he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. My concern with buying a car is that the salesman will spin numbers to make it all look good while really just confusing me. I never felt that the was the case with Mike. He just dealt with simple numbers and made sure I understood as we went along. He made sure I understood what needed to be done at every step so I would never feel confused or miss a step. When I picked up the car there were a few imperfections which is understandable given how many times cars are moved between the factory and the dealership. He noted them all and worked hard to make sure the car was exactly how I wanted it when I finally drove it off the lot. Mike was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I'm sure your experience will be exactly the same. More

Not much work required to sell us the car We needed a vehicle - we knew we wanted a Jeep Cherokee - we went to lot and found one ourselves - I sent an email - we were assigned a sales rep - we We needed a vehicle - we knew we wanted a Jeep Cherokee - we went to lot and found one ourselves - I sent an email - we were assigned a sales rep - we went for test drive - and purchased within a few days. I found Dan to be a bit anxious with the sale - not sure why as it was basically already sold and we were looking for answers to a number of questions - then we just needed time to think about the particular vehicle(used) we had chosen and to get finances in order. So we did not purchase right away - even with all the sales tactics being used. Dan seemed much more focused the second time we went to finalize the purchase. No issues with purchase - everything was in order when I arrived to pick it up. We bought an extended warranty - thank god because within the month we experienced problems with the brakes (power booster). So we are now with a rental for minimum of 6 days we were told before we will get our vehicle back - apparently there is a recall. time will tell how satisfied we are with this vehicle. More
