I requested the service safety report by paper and what a big no no, it did not pass because of a seat buckle. You had to lie about something serious like that. That is unprofessional, not safe. What else are you lying about of this vehicle? We got called to come pick up the vehicle twice, once by Youssef who lies through his teeth telling us the car is ready when we got to your store we got told is wasn’t ready. We live in Gatineau which is quite a way from your store and my father in law who live in ALFRED an hour from here and two hours to your place, I’m pretty sure you saw in his face that he was pretty upset but kelpt his cool. You Frank, you lied as well telling us you did not know what was going on. Give me a break. You even told us if we were unsatisfied we could go home and you would cancel the contract. We should have let you. What a regret we have in our hands now. The other day we had a flat and tried to open the latch to get the spare, the freeging latch is broken; we had to call a tow truck. Absolutely horrible, For my first vehicle ever being bought, I was expecting him to answer questions and help me understand what I was looking at or just anything in general, specially coming from Timmins. I quickly learned that this was not the case. I would ask and either not get a straight answer or not even get one. Like I said, I have no complaints about Dennis! I set a appointment based on a used that was a good deal but didnt have all the equipment i wanted. I met Maurice and he was laid back, charming and funny. I felt absolutely no pressure and no choreographed Joe Verdi or lines. He answered my questions and was professional with us. After 5 hours and negotiation we got a great deal and a new 2015 Caravan. I highly recommend Maurice and will send my friends when they need a vehicle. He actually waited for a hour past close after the finance manager to thank us and make sure we were all taken care of. Would not recommend this dealership at all Bought a brand new jeep wrangler a couple years ago. Everything went well at first. After a couple days I was told the jeep I already purchased had been sold to someone else. But they found the same jeep with a/c and the price difference wasn't much so I accepted even though I didn't want a/c. They said it wouldn't take long for it to come in. Then they called back and said the first jeep was mine again. At this point I was happy with the other one and was convinced I would appreciate the a/c, so I was happy until they changed their story again. Waited too long for the jeep to come in and was played around with two different jeeps. This wasn't even the worse part. This was all fine once I received my jeep. The worst part about this dealership is waiting 3 hours for a basic oil change and 6 hours for a recall. They are over booked and they are not considerate of your time. You sit there and wait 2-3 hours for an oil change that could be done in 30 minutes. It's ridiculous. They really got me with the extended warranty, consisting of free oil changes. Do not opt for the extended warranty. It is NOT worth it. I am going to now start paying for my oil changed rather than waiting here for their ridiculous wait times. More
