I went in because there was a squeaking coming from the back wheel. Mr. Woodcock was knowledgeable and had a great customer service skills. He explained his findings and gave me a great estimate on time. I had 2 young children with me and I was able to manage their time appropriately as well, and it was finished 15 minutes before he had told me. The next time I have a service appointment or have a question I will definitely be calling Mr. Woodcock! A job well done.

Service is always great. From Mike who assisted me in ordering and delivery of my Fleet vehicle to Ian who always remembers me by name when I come in for service. Service is quick and completed when promised. The Wifi in the lounge is great too when I chose to wait for my service!

False advertisement: 30 day exchange policy.
I purchased a Jeep Compass 2011 at Dilawry Chrysler, the jeep had only 200 kilometers. I tried to exchange the vehicle, within the first 30 days, for a car with an automatic transmission, but when I tried to exchange the vehicle as per their advertised policy " 30 days exchange policy", no exchange was done.

I have been at their location "13 times" without a satisfactory resolution to the matter.
I paid the deposit on April 01, 2013 and I changed my mind about the vehicle "before signing the contract". I figured to change the vehicle before finalizing the contract and paying the full balance. I was told by Wasfi Haroun, a sales person..."well, we can not exchange a vehicle that you have not purchased yet, so sign here and we will take care of the exchange as soon as possible..." I thought this was a bit awkward but I was assured that was the procedure. I was told "you have to buy the car, so we can exchange the car."

I contacted the dealer manager, Darren Brown, within the first week and I ask again about the exchange, up to this date, they have not exchanged the vehicle,or follow up with me, it has been 45 days (Today is May 22).

At this point, I want my traded car back or a similar vehicle to the one I purchased, automatic, same price range.

I was looking for a new Grand Caravan and Mike Thomas was able to quickly get me a vehicle with the all of the options that I wanted at a great price. I saw a sale in the paper on Dodge turcks and stopped by Dilawri to take a look. Mike, our salesperson was excellent, very proffesional and honest. He explained everything about the vehicle I was looking for and got me into a better vehicle then I was looking for intially at an excellent price that could not be matched by any other dealership in the area. Overall it was a excellent experience from start to finish. I am very happy with my choice and how the dealership handled everything. I would definitely recommend doing business with Mike again and refers him friends and family
