I hit a huge pothole that really did some damage to the rim of my car. I called Chris Aloisi in service and he was so helpful! He was able to get my car looked at and fixed quickly! Unfortunately, this was my worst car buying experience and it still isn’t over. I came into DeNooyer looking to buy a vehicle. My sales rep had to order one from another dealership, and I ended up having and it still isn’t over. I came into DeNooyer looking to buy a vehicle. My sales rep had to order one from another dealership, and I ended up having to order rims because there wasn’t an exact vehicle that I wanted. Every time I would call or text my sales rep, I wouldn’t get a response back till the next day or no response at all. I need the rims put on my truck quickly since I was leaving town for a new job (which the salesman knew). When the rims did finally come in, I only knew because I was proactive and called the parts department to schedule an appointment. My sales rep didn’t respond to my calls until the day after I got the rims installed. I bought a 2024 high country, which is Chevy’s top of the line pickup, four days after I bought the truck, I noticed there was a problem with the grill/bumper not lining up correctly. Again I called my sales rep with no response so I went to Denooyers autobody location and it was not able to fixed same day. I have tried calling the autobody shop multiple times with now answer or response to my messages. Now it’s 4 weeks past my original purchase date, and I finally have an appointment to get the grill fixed on a brand new 70K truck. If I knew I could get all my money back, I would return the vehicle and go back to Ram. I love the truck, but dealing with DeNooyer has left an awful feeling in my stomach. More
