I brought my car in for warranty work on the command start, I had to make two trips because I forgot one set of keys at home the first time. The staff were very friendly, the second time in the mechanic came out right away and got to work so I was out in about half an hour which was great.

Davis Pontiac Buick GMC dealership is a wonderful car dealership. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and the customer service we recieved. Tony Weigel was very helpful and willing to accomodate our schedule to meet with us. Irene Truscott made the financing so easy and relaxing. She was friendly and we enjoyed our time with both Tony and Irene! Our questions were answered, our family taken care of and we were treated with respect and fairness. Thank you Davis for a wonderful and stress free vehicle purchasing experience. We will enjoy our vehicle for years to come and remember the great people and service at Davis!

My Review of Davis GMC Buick :
We are from Calgary and were in the market for an Acadian Denali. We were referred to Duncan from friends of ours out of Calgary who have dealt with him in the past. He put together a great deal for us. He was extremely patient and helpful in the debate me and my wife had over the DVD player (PS - I won). Doing the transaction over the distance between Calgary and Medicine Hat went extremely smooth with great service from Irene in the filing of the paper work and financing along with Justin driving our vehicle to us and taking over an hour to walk us through the features of this vehicle and asking all of our questions.

Great job all around. I was a bit nervous about the distance but the service made it seemless.

My Review of Davis GMC Buick :
I traded in a 2010 Nissan Altima that I bought locally on a 2012 GMC Acadia SLT. The service I've received from Davis has been exceptional! I always felt like Ted was working FOR me and not just out for himself like I've seen other sales people do before. He was honest and did his very best to get me the highest price for my trade in and lowest price for my Acadia. Also, Irene made sure that I received the lowest interest rate possible.

My husband bought his 2011 GMC Sierra at Davis Medicine Hat last year and even then I was so impressed with the service he received. He too received the best price for his trade in AND for his new truck. We still shopped around for my vehicle before we went to Davis but honestly after experiencing first hand the clear difference of service between the dealerships, honestly why go anywhere else? Go to Davis. :)

Very good and quick serivce, vehical was diagnosed after i had dropped it off. I was called and repairs done immediately and truck returned the next day. Staff was friendly and offered me a ride home ven but my wife had followed me.
