After deciding I wanted a GM truck, I contacted Max at Davis GM. I looked at their inventory, saw a 1500 Sierra I liked and contacted Max again for price, financing and a couple of extra options. Max was friendly, efficient and more importantly not pushy. We agreed on a price and within a couple days I travelled from Medicine Hat with the wife and kids to collect the vehicle. Everything was lined up and in no time I was in my new vehicle and driving home. My best experience buying a new vehicle. Would highly recommend Max and the dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. Rick and Clay in finance were also great.

Amazing service, friendly staff, great product. Max and Jodie went out of their way to get me into a loaded 3500 even though my credit was less than exceptional. I live in Medicine Hat and I have a busy schedule. Max drove the truck from lethbridge to the hat for me. That was awesome. Everything went smoothly. I'm exceptionally happy with the transaction and all staff involved.

TJ was very approachable from the beginning of the transaction. He assisted us through the steps of the purchasing experience in a non assertive way which we appreciated. The vehicle did not have an owners manual so he obtained one for us. The staff at Davis were all very friendly and helpful.

Max responded to a question i emailed about a vehicle on the website. He responded right away, and we made an appointment to look. It didn't end up being the vehicle we were looking for, but Max was patient with us and found us the right truck. He was friendly and knowledgeable and great to work with. I'd recommend him to work with anyone I know.

Overall the experience of buying my first barnd new vehicle was great. Matt heersink was very helpful and made things go smoothly. I would recommend Matt to anyone who is unfarmilar with the process. Clay was also great in the finance department.

Max was a great sales representive and helped me find the right vechicle. He was quick at responding to question I need answered about vechicles I was looking at online. I purchased a Chevrolet Equinox and like it very much. Jodie was also great to deal with and help me get approved for the vechicle I got. This is my second vechicle I purchased from this company and they are very friendly to deal with. I would deal with Davis and there staff in the future to purchase another vechicle. Just recently purchased a vehicle through Max Heersink, he was great to deal with. I bought the vehicle without seeing it, great communication, he told me everything I needed to know and answered all questions. We bought our GM truck then about 2 weeks later we bought our Buick Encore. Rafael was very good to us. Very up front, Gave alot of honest information. Made a great effort to find us what we were looking for. The only minor issue we had was with the Finance Guy Clay. He jumped the gun and signed us up for insurance that we decided we didn't need. In order to get this changed was a nightmare, The dealership would not help us and we had to deal directly with Ally, which was wierd because the file was sitting somewhere in Davis and they could just cancel the insurance. But I suspect it had something to do with the finance guy's commision. I feel they were not very upfront with that so right away we are battling our new truck. It sort of wrecked the experience. They could have handled that way differently then they did. I am still not convinced that the cancellation of the insurance is reflected in our monthly payments. Learn from this experience. If you buy at Davis make sure that you are clear when they ask you if you want insurance, extra warranty, because if they mark you down for it, and later decide you don't want it, even before the ink is dry, watch out, you will have a whole mess of aggravation. Other than that, we are really enjoying our new vehicles and are very happy with them. Thank you Davis.
