This is the first time I am not happy with the service at this dealership, I am aware there were issues from the warranty company but the lack of problem-solving and diagnosis of the original problem should this dealership, I am aware there were issues from the warranty company but the lack of problem-solving and diagnosis of the original problem should have revealed the alternator was an issue for the low voltage codes. Every time I take it in, it’s an incredibly frustrating experience. This past time was the following - took all day to complete my service then kept it a 2nd day - communication was poor, had no idea wh experience. This past time was the following - took all day to complete my service then kept it a 2nd day - communication was poor, had no idea what was happening - tried to say I needed a service I just had done - no clue I had an extended warranty - asked if they could keep my car all weekend which is completely unreasonable - told me I still needed a part installed so to come pay for the multi point inspection - came to pick up my car and the mechanic had taken it out when I was told it was ready so had to wait - a few days later called me and told me they actually installed the part so needed to come back in to pay the deductible which I was told $150 which was wrong. It seems incredibly shady to tell me a part needed to get ordered then suddenly say it got installed. To me that either means the part didn’t need to get replaced or possibly just say you did but didn’t - got to the dealership and tried to charge me $4000, so had to wait for them to figure out I owed $200 which was the actual deductible I was extremely annoyed with the entire experience More
