Do not deal with them for parts. Sold me a door key pad without telling me in advance they had to program it as well. Paid $220 for the pad and then they wanted $179 for programming. Went to return it and they would not, without the card board box it was shipped in. Basically blackmail in order to screw me out of another $179. Will never go back there for parts or service ever again. More

Paid for oil-change, spark plugs, transmission service, and rear diff flush. I crawled under my truck after they completed service and rear diff and transmission was not touched. They said they have the se and rear diff flush. I crawled under my truck after they completed service and rear diff and transmission was not touched. They said they have the service on CCTV, but they would not show me. They also declined to put my truck on hoist to verify work. I got a refund for trans and diff, but I'm obviously skeptical that the other work is completed. I'll get another service center to verify. If you get work done here, DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK! More

DK Ford is a dealer that in my opinion is as good as it gets. They make a stressful purchase seem enjoyable. Their sales dept along with their service dept is what sets them apart.
