Unfortunate Service Experience. On 2/10/24 I made an appointment to repair or replace a tire (with a screw) I purchased from them (still under warranty) a few months earlier with a On 2/10/24 I made an appointment to repair or replace a tire (with a screw) I purchased from them (still under warranty) a few months earlier with a service that I paid over $6k. We were promised then by the salesman that any issues with the tire under warranty would be fully covered by the dealership. However, on my recent visit - Michael who was very rude with me from the onset of my visit: he was upset that I stood outside by my vehicle waiting for a tech like the customer before me did, he was upset when he questioned whether or not I made an appointment, accused me of lying because he could not find my appointment, with a chip on his shoulder he questioned the types of tires and where I bought them from. When he saw in his computer I bought them from the dealership and they were under warranty, he immediately said we need to replace the tire and it would cost me money even though it was under warranty AND BEFORE HE EVEN LOOKED AT THE TIRE! Later, after about 30-45 min he approached me in the waiting area and demanded payment to simply mount the tire. I told him how we were told there would be no cost to us. He would not listen. Nor could we speak with any manager. We are repeat Mercedes-Benz (MB) customers who have purchased four MB vehicles in 10 years. We are MB brand loyal customers. We have spent a lot in multiple services over the years and I am very upset with how I was treated, how Michael spoke to me, and how the service department was not living up to their previous word. I expect more from a Mercedes Benz luxury car dealership and will now reconsider making any future purchases from the brand and especially this Crown-owned dealership that does not fulfill the promises made to customers over a trivial fee. I will pass this experience on to MB as well. More

Well, dropped my car off because of a recall with the brake booster and they ended up breaking the car even worse. They keep saying the car was towed to them….well the brakes went out! My top worked and my car didn’t have any power draws or anything ridiculous like that when i had it dropped off. This happened in November. They had me get an eBay part..the service advisor Michael Giordano had me do that knowing it’s against Mercedes policy and then the top quit working and the car developed a power drain because they knew they damaged my car and wanted to cover it up. It’s not rocket science. Yes i insisted they fix it because they broke the car. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with it or even diagnose it. If you can’t figure out how to fix a 20 year old car then how can you be trusted to correct issues with a newer one??Mercedes Corporate set a ticket for the Dealer manager Dan Morris to call me back within 48 hours and he never called back. Was on a three way call with Mercedes Corporate and he would never answer. We left messages with his assistant i never got a call back. They just don’t care The service manager Frank Caporrici decided they would not take responsibility for the car and not only did they want their loaner back the exact day they called(because we’re all just going to drop what we’re doing for them)but they said to get the car the way it is even though it’s a safety issue and they didn’t care. They kept mentioning they didn’t have to give me a loaner….we’ll you do if you break my car….which is why they did it. It wasn’t a courtesy call. Sounds unbelievable but it’s what’s happening. Not to mention Michael Giordano stating that my Car (a classic) without a single scratch is known to be a piece of Sh…. SL this is a Mercedes employee!! Beware DO NOT GO THERE. Incredibly rude service staff. Careless and not accountable, whether the mistake is costly or trivial they find someone else to blame. The ladies who answer the phone at the call center are the only ones who know how to speak to anyone and I got the impression the on site staff is just as rude to them. Their lovely service on the phone is why I chose crown over two competing dealerships but the charm is gone as soon as you set foot on the property. Only go here if you want to be overcharged and treated like you are an idiot. More
