Ww went to many dealers befor we went to cross town and none of them can compare to the friendlyness and quality of sevice we had at crosstown. Jerry was instantly there looking to help and he did just that with in 2 hours we had a truck the test drive was perfect and the truck was exactly what we wanted. We arrived to look at a new caravan that we saw in a newspaper ad. After being passed by a couple sales people we were getting ready to leave and Manny came from across the lot to see if we needed any help and we are very happy he did. The model we came to look at was brand new but did not have the options that we wanted. Manny was very helpful in helping us find the perfect caravan for our needs. He took into consideration not just the person who was buying it but the whole family. We ended up buying a 2012 with only 1900 kms that was almost fully loaded at a very affordable price. He had us laughing and really enjoying the experience. Never once did we feel pressured or that our questions were not being answered. He was very helpful and honest with a vast knowledge of vehicles sold here and in general. We are very happy with our purchase and will continue to highly recommend not only the dealership but the assistance we were given by Manny in our purchase. Very Impressed with the personality and upbeat attitude we had working with Manny Hanna when purchasing our new truck. Appreciated the hard work and time he took getting us what we wanted for the price we wanted. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Crosstown. I had originally been looking for a new vehicle. As I had purchased my two previous vehicles from Crosstown, I started my search there. My initial sales person was Jerry Joseph. Jerry spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions, explaining the merits of the model I was interested in (2013 Compass), arranging for a test drive, etc. Jerry kept in touch as I continued my search at other dealerships. When I eventually determined that buying a new vehicle was not a financially sound decision in my particular situation, and told Jerry I intended to look for a used vehicle, he immediately accepted my decision and suggested I come in to see him as Crosstown had several used vehicles with low mileage I might be interested. Jerry was with a customer when I dropped in, and rather than have me wait, he introduced me to Bob Janus. To make a long story short, I ended up purchasing a 2011 Ford Escape (Bob Janus closed the sale.). The detail work on the vehicle was quite substandard when I took delivery, and Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the work was redone to my, and his, satisfaction. Both Jerry and Bob were extremely competent and professional throughout my dealings with them, as were all other Crosstown personnel I came in contact with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jerry and Bob to friends/relatives. Incidentally, I love driving my Escape!

Came in not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but Jerry knows how to make you feel comfortable with not only him but in the vehicle you are looking into. He asked me all the right questions to make me take home my Compass. I have told numerous people since purchasing how much i enjoyed working with Jerry. One thing i admire is how much he portrays the love for his job. I received a follow up call today by him and i enjoyed how excited he was to know that i am extremely happy with my purchase. the dealer ship was nice to walk into everyone was friendly. when it came to finding a truck for me they did everything they could and found my truck. the sales person i delt with was friendly and helpful and knew the vehical he was selling. and they did the best out of all the other dealers that i had gone to when it came to trade value

I recently purchased a 2013 Jeep Rubicon from Cross Town Motors. This is my 4th purchase from Crosstown in the last 7 years. This dealership should be recognized for its great customer service. The service staff as well as sales staff are top notch! My latest sales person was Manny Hanna. This guy is a real professional and he knows what it takes to create a win win purchase for both the dealership and the customer. Good job! I was quite surprised with the service I received from Jerry, I've been to many many many other dealerships and being a younger buyer it was quite difficult, hectic and quite discouraging after traveling all over Alberta and even being laughed at by some salesmen and sales managers.
Jerry sticks out from every salesmen I have dealt with. There wasn't much sales pressure and he worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and even brought up many pros and cons of each vehicle. When it came down to test drive the Caliber SRT 4 I had been eyeing up it was a pleasant surprise that he offered to sit in the back seat while I drove and my friend sat co-pilot. The small things like that is what made my buying experience so great! When it came down to negotiating I didn't feel bad for bringing up ideas and suggestions where as I felt quite nervous at other dealerships. One thing that really surprised me is that I received a phone call from Jerry a month after buying the car asking how everything is (Great Job on the follow up!)
Even now with my car in the shop at cross town for warranty work Jerry is keeping me up to date and trying his hardest to get things done quickly and smoothly.

I highly recommend Jerry for anyones salesmen. It is a very fun and enjoyable experiences and other salemen should follow in his footsteps and learn from him, for I have never ever ever gotten service this great from a dealership.
