Conrad was a pleasure to work with, he showed great sales skills and excellent PK knowledge. My wife and I felt comfortable working with him, he displayed great followup communication. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend my family and friends. to him.

The very first time we walked into Crosby's we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the sales people. They were not pushy in any way. One in particular came up to us and said if there was anything we needed just ask and left us to browse around. I then met Conrad Fey who I asked one question about the Jetta and the rest was history! I loved the Jetta and the Service i received from the Service staff. One thing I really wanted was a Volkswagen Beetle but at that time they were not available. Now a few years later the Beetle is resurrected. I was invited to their annual car show and right there and then i fell in love with the Beetle. I contacted Conrad and say no more I ordered the car that I always wanted since a child. Conrad once again was so friendly, professional and I felt like he is now family as the rest of Crosby's employees. Thank you Conrad and Crosby's you have me for life!

We were in the market for a new car. Had heard lots of good things about the 2013 Jette and Crosby. We walked in one eve and were instantly greeted by Conrad...the rest is history! Friendly, helpful, professional (but not cold) and got us into the vehicle we wanted for the budget we had in mind. I have a feeling we were the people that bugged and bugged about the car (only because it was our first new car and we were beyond excited). Even when we picked it up we were given a little something extra from Conrad and that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The same goes for Andrea who worked her magic with us and got us into the car....wouldn't be writing this if it weren't for all her hard work. Kaitlin delivered the car as promised and was very helpfull the day we picked it up. Thanks to everyone that helped us and we will see you for our next car!

This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from and serviced by Crosby. The service staff has always been helpful and responsive for any vehicle issue. They put the time in to diagnose the vehicle correctly and communicate any problems clearly. The price per labour is fair, but the price for parts is higher than what is available online for authentic VW parts (as most things are). It is a great dealer and if I decide to continue with VW or Audi this is going to be my first stop.

I recently bought a Tiguan in January that I am in love with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Aleksandar as my sales representative. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions without pushing me to make any decisions until I was prepared. He asked me questions so that he could make sure the vehicle was the best possible for me. He is very well educated and knowledgeable in all aspects of Voltswagen. Andrea helped with all the financial aspects of buying my new baby. She made sure that I understood and was comfortable with all the money I would be investing into this great automobile. She is very personable and warm. Kaitlin explained and showed me all the vehicles features so that I could enjoy it to the fullest. As soon I walked into the dealership I felt as if I was more than a customer because of Alexsandar's approach. I called with questions and he always took the time to talk and explain until I was extremely comfortable and even offering to stop in for additional assistance. I would highly recommend him, the dealership and all the people involved with making my experience unforgettable.

I would certainly give my repeat business to Crosby VW. My slaes rep Conrad Fey was very informative and put in extra effort where he didn't have to. Very important to me is that I did not get pressured in any way. The exceptional service level after purchase is a new experience for me. From big to small I've been taken care of every time.

I just bought a used VW Routan at Crosbys and I had very good buying experience at this dealer ship. I appreciated the non-pressure atmosphere and the very knowledgeable staff. This was the first time I bought a car from a dealer ship and sales person (Conrad) made it a smooth process. I would buy a car from them in the future.

Great customer service from Sales to Finance staff to the time I receive my keys on hand and drove off with my brand new Passat! I would recommend to anybody. Jeremiah was very personable and patient. The Finance lady was very knowledgeable and made this experience memorable for my first time buying a new car!
