Here is my only issue with your service department, see below. This does not enter into my rating . I was without a Toyota for the past 5 years, but recently purchased a Tundra and decided to have service at this dealership. As soon as I drove into the service area, I remembered the feeling of confidence I purchased a Tundra and decided to have service at this dealership. J C Cooper greeted me with a smile, all the while the area was inundated with a continuous stream of incoming customers. To his credit, he gave me his attention, I made an appointment and returned. My Tundra was repaired quickly and the problem and solution were explained to me so I could understand. I'm not a car-guy, so that alone is impressive. I shall return with the knowledge that I have someone to service my Tundra professionally and ease my concerns.
