He got me a great deal, was fair and forthcoming with explaining charges, and was very friendly. Had an easy time dealing with the finance part too, Justine was great and made the process painless. When picking up, the general manager even gave me a snow broom from the back to make sure I didn't scratch the car! I went to another Ford dealership before this and had an awful experience with the sales staff and the sales manager, so this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Capital Ford! More
