My dad purchased a truck here and they were horrible to deal with. He came from out of town to sign the paper work and pick up the truck but about a week later they called to tell him they mixed up the VIN deal with. He agreed to do so, as long as the numbers didn’t change and they said no just sign them. After he reviewed the new paperwork he saw the interest and payments did in fact change and decided to just return the truck. When we got there and returned they keys the finance manager Alex came and started acting aggressive towards us. My dad tried to explain that he wasn’t okay with the price change but Alex wouldn’t stop trying to argue with us. He started yelling loudly that we stole the truck and that it’s an embarrassment that we don’t know finance cause we wouldn’t sign the new agreement.
