One Jeep Wrangler 2 door, one Jeep Wrangler 4 door and one Ram 1500 Sport. We dealt with Zach Banks for all three purchases. We found him to be very friendly and open to deal with and he seemed to go out of his way to make sure all our questions and issues were answered and dealt with efficiently (even after the contracts were signed). I started noticing imperfections with the vehicle after it was too late from cigarette burns to a different colour front bumper. I got hosed on the purchase of the vehicle, it didn't even include a FREE first time oil change with my $20,000 purchase. They were giving away prizes in a secret room, tried to say that the knock off Dr. Dre Beats headphones were real. I will definitely not be returning to this dealership for any purchase or service. I dont live in Edmonton but the dealership here in GP are bad I had a hard time getting service and one place I waited 1.5hr then w New truck owner...
