Greg was very friendly, helpful and attentive, but also very relaxed. He made the buying experience comfortable. Fred was very pleasant and knowledgeable on their warranty options. Richard Elvey was the rudest person I’ve ever come across and I worked for attorneys for 35 years. Im 65 not tech savvy and I got an email to update my system but I had sold my house and moved and had no wi and I worked for attorneys for 35 years. Im 65 not tech savvy and I got an email to update my system but I had sold my house and moved and had no wifi so he was talking in gibberish to me and said it would take 3 hours amd cost 160.00 so o had to have it done because my stuff would not operate correctly without upgrade. So with my copd amd hot as xxxx o walked all the way down working to kill time and it didn’t take 3 hours. It was done when I got back amd he didn’t even call. Plus I should not have had to pay 160.00 for that and I went over to where I bought the cars in tears and the guy I bought it from supposedly filed a complaint. No other dealership would charge someone like me with no wifi 160.00 for a simple upgrade. He needs to have more compassion and empathy for elderly sick people who aren’t as tech savvy as he is. He should NOT be dealing with people with that attitude. Plus he was never at his spot and only the nice colored lady offered me help cause she could see how upset I was. I was going to file a complaint and I feel I should not have had to pay that much money. I’m on social security and that caused me to go without necessities. More
