Owners do not know what is going on in their business. Staff lie to the customer and the owner. Wrong diagnostics on truck. Ripped off on pricing. Owners don't know their own policies. No assistance in trying to fix problem, instead got a low ball price for a trade in on truck if I bought a $70.000 new one. Mechanic Bernie lied to me saying there would not be anymore damage caused after I spent $6000.00 and had the truck back there 3 times for the same problem if I did not replace particulate filter and I would have to live with the check engine light on. Now $15000.00 damage. Bass the service advisor repeatedly lied to me about when truck would be ready and what was going on. When supposedly asked by Jennifer what was said to me both Bernie and Bass deny what they said. In short after 3rd time in service for the same problem of blowing black smoke that they partially fixed I was given a different diagnostics so they could protect themselves. Jennifer's solution to problem is to give me a card for Chrysler complaints and let them deal with it. Upon giving me the card she says "I doubt they will do anything " Have now bought a new car from Ontario Chrysler and I have received some assistance from their managerial staff and service staff to get truck fixed properly and a lot cheaper then the $15,000 plus quoted by Brampton Chrysler. I would not recommend this business for anyone. Apparently they own Georgetown Chrysler as well. They cant be trusted. Go to Ontario Chrysler. More
