You guys already have a terrible reputation in Calgary and now you're going to harass the dealers in the city on top of your clients? House of cars doesn't even pull this kind of crap. At Bow Mitsubishi, we were greeted by Talia Scabar, who was such a genuine person and very professional, it didn’t take long for those preconceived fears to disappear. There was zero pressure from the get-go. ZERO. With Talia, we felt seen and heard when we talked about what we wanted and what we were comfortable spending. With Jon MacPhee, the GM, numbers were discussed, laid out, and clear – no hidden anything. We asked a lot of questions; we truly appreciated the candid conversation. Maynard Entereso isn’t just the finance guru; he blew our minds with his vehicle knowledge. We could have sat there all day not just discussing but learning and in no way is this an exaggeration. With Shae Pointmeier, the delivery took the cake with the red bow and the run-down on all the bells and whistles. Final words - honestly, we feel that it wouldn’t have mattered if we dropped $20K or $120K, whether we financed for 1 year or 7, or paid in full without financing, they wanted to help us, and they wanted us to be HAPPY with our decision. With all these amazing individuals in place, you can bet Bow Mitsubishi, has our loyalty for life. We drove in from out-of-province and out of all the dealerships in Calgary, we chose Bow Mitsubishi because of the excellent customer service and genuine interactions. More

However, when attempted to pay the hefty non-refundable deposit they asked, I discovered sales manager had squeezed over $2,000 in unnecessary fees to the bill of sale to make up for the discount we originally asked for. Upon referencing our original straightforward agreement, Talia ( probably a new hire or an inexperienced seller) denied the arrangement entirely and had the audacity to falsely accuse our group of 4 adults lying. Their conduct was dishonest and unprofessional, and they acted greedy resulting in three wasted hours of our time. Their place is small and cramped and the washroom was clogged. The only positive I can think of is the coffee machine and water dispenser. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with them. More

No deal. After we walked away, sales manager tried to convince to come back etc...why is such stpd approach if you don't wanna deal, offering high MSPR and low on trades!? Wasted our time. Do not recommend this store! More

Attempted to purchase a pre-owned 2023 Honda CR-V from this dealership. Dealership provided me a written quote of $42k on May 1, 2024. Salesman texted me that he may be able to get it down to $41k. Told t this dealership. Dealership provided me a written quote of $42k on May 1, 2024. Salesman texted me that he may be able to get it down to $41k. Told the salesman I would do $41k and to take that offer to the managers when there was time that evening. Get a text response that he'll take that offer to the managers next morning even though it was only 6pm. Next morning, get a text that the price of the vehicle has increased by $5k, the $41k is rejected and and the $42k is off the table. Very unethical, buyer beware. More

Disappointing. They were the only dealership with the car we wanted, so we had no choice. Promised us a full tank to make up for the inconveniences of costing us 3hrs drive on a work day, they didn't fill the tank or even charge the battery. we found that out the hard way while driving home Sat with 2 kids for 4+ hrs waiting for the work to be done. Then when we asked how much longer the reply was "oh it's been ready for ages, we didn't know you were waiting. Where else would we be? More
