The manager seemed reasonable but across the board the team is less than pro. The vehicle was only half ready on the agreed day, so we had to go back a week later. Promised us a full tank to make up for the inconveniences of costing us 3hrs drive on a work day, they didn't fill the tank or even charge the battery. we found that out the hard way while driving home Sat with 2 kids for 4+ hrs waiting for the work to be done. Then when we asked how much longer the reply was "oh it's been ready for ages, we didn't know you were waiting. Where else would we be? More

Kyle told us we could not order a 2023 Outlander GT because all their orders for the next three or four months had been placed. He then proceeded to try and sell us one of the 2022's on the lot. We were told the sales team would be "motivated to sell" them because "they'd been yelled at to sell them and it was the end of the month". That was mentioned more than once during our visit. That's when the scam began. We were told we would have to pay a final price of $67,269 for a vehicle with an MSRP of $42,128! We declined that ridiculous offer. That's when Gurgot, the Sales Manager, got called in to use his pressure tactics to get us to sign right there and then on the spot. He had our car keys (which he requested to assess our car for trade-in while we went for a test drive, but he never looked at it). He withheld our car keys and, after three requests for them back, still would not give them to us. Eventually, we were able to leave. I can safely say we dodged a bullet. What would happen down the road when we brought the overpriced car in for servicing? More scamming? More overcharging? I'm very happy to say we are now driving a 2023 top-of-line competitor's car (purchased from another dealership on Glendeer Circle) where we were treated with honesty and respect, and paid a fair and honest price for it. We're thrilled with our purchase and caution anyone from purchasing a vehicle from Bow Mitsubishi. If you're intent on purchasing a Mitsubishi, do your research before going in so you don't get scammed and beware of Gurgot! Whatever you do, don't give him your car keys unless you want to be held hostage!!! More

It was the first time I've ever visited a Mitsubishi dealership. I really was impressed. I was in the dealership for almost 2 hours I had a chance to check out the new line of cars. The staff answered dealership. I really was impressed. I was in the dealership for almost 2 hours I had a chance to check out the new line of cars. The staff answered all my questions and I wasn’t pressured into making a decision on the spot. I was treated with kindness from the staff. The service at Bow Mitsubishi was outstanding in my opinion and that's why I would rate them with a five stars . You have deserved it! More
Fair enough, I will share my story with all of you, hope my suck experience will help you don't stick in the game. Both myself and my wife have stable full-time jobs and credit over 700, we trade up our va my suck experience will help you don't stick in the game. Both myself and my wife have stable full-time jobs and credit over 700, we trade up our van to Outlander PHEV, they said the interest rate is 0.99%(O.A.C). Cause I ask for a discount then they begin their show, ask my wife to sign the finance document with 6.99% for 84 Month finance. It's ridiculous and rude, if you want to deal with this issue by a gentle method, could phone or email me back. However, if you thought this kind of feedback is normal and made sense, you guys could continue what you want to do. Honestly, earning money needs to make sense without cheating. More
Buyers Beware, Especially Female Buyers. Went here to inquire about price difference about mid-December and see where they could potentially offer perks for in the event that I decided to purchase a used inquire about price difference about mid-December and see where they could potentially offer perks for in the event that I decided to purchase a used Mercedes from them instead - their’s had minor higher mileage and specs differences. I was already predetermined to buy the same model but with less mileage and other specs at another dealership. They insisted they could do magic over the phone, but couldn’t do so over phone and I would need to go to the dealership to learn more. Okay, I gave them a shot since they clearly wanted to try and earn my business but also wanted me within their environment for sales pressure. Get there. The Sales Rep and Sales Manager present to me very little savings or perks to make going with them worthwhile. Almost laughable which I tell them makes zero sense to even bother with their “magical deal.” They then do carrot dangling tactics trying to increment the small savings a bit more versus the figure provided from the other dealership for the same used Mercedes model. Very pushy and rude Sales Manager eventually get General Manager involved - the latter is even more rude about the situation and demeaning to me. Also kept insisting that it was a “one day only deal” and that I am somehow crazy. They then try to guilt trip me stating they made all this effort for me to build up this “deal.” Wouldn’t even budge on other perks as an alternative either since price reduction didn’t work out well for them. Can’t say if it was because I am woman and by myself there at the time, but it really seemed like they tried to think I would be intimidated by two men. I ended up just walking out due to the poor demeanor presented by the Sales Manager and sleazy General Manager. The desperation and pressure for making a sale just reeked badly; they clearly were only interested in my money in the end. If a customer isn’t really interested in the small savings you can do for them, just seriously leave it at that. I would’ve just appreciated a “no we cannot do more” right away then try and drag on a horrendous sales experience that waste both parties time. It could also have been done over the phone as well to save immensely on time. No need to be rude to your customers, demean them, or guilt trip them like they owe you a sale either. Very poor experience overall and felt this dealership’s sales manager and general manager embody the car salesmen greaseball stigma many people resent at dealerships. That said, I ended up going with the other dealership. While they didn’t end up reducing the price, they threw in free winters and rims and two-years worth of oil changes as a good gesture for going with them. Buyers beware of Bow Mitsubishi. They only are interested in your dollars. If you are a woman, go with your hubby or male friends. More
