Took about an hour for full service. Wonderful facility. Everyone was pleasant and willing to arrange transportation if needed. technicians should clean the oil off before entering a vehicle. The customer shouldn't have to clean oil off the door sill and door handles. wipe down all the surfaces that they touch and lastly wipe th vehicle.
