Over the year service has been up and down but I feel since Crispin Hudson has moved from parts to fixed operations manager the quality of service is better then ever....I didn't say they are perfect but Crispin and his team will make right if someone or thing has come off the rails. Now as of December 17th 2023 we finalized our first purchase thru Michelle Malcic and her team Melissa Shelley & Brian Edwards. This will be our fourth Subaru Outback purchase are 3rd in Ontario. Our experience was absolutely perfect....no upselling, no games just very informative detailed decisions and a very fair price. Every step of our transaction was layed out and we were kept informed in detail with dates and times. The only way it could of been better if the transaction took place at my residence.
