Came here for a servicing appointment they did not wash my car properly Nor clean the inside. I had to let the representative know that they did not wash my car and clean out the inside then I waited for t my car properly Nor clean the inside. I had to let the representative know that they did not wash my car and clean out the inside then I waited for them for 15 minutes for them to do it and They also barely vacuumed and cleaned it, The inside of the car is still a lot of dirt etc Inside of my car. I also asked for them to do a break inspection, and the guy said that all he did was look at the brakes instead of doing a proper inspection and they still charge me 190 for it. This will be my third time coming to Fort Bannister and I would say my third time really was not all that great. However, the representatives were awesome and respectful. My issues really were with the mechanics and the person who was supposed to clean up my car. More

The experience was relatively pleasant. We were able to get the price we asked for and the features we were looking for. However, the paperwork process took way too long. Compared to my last purchase, a 2018 Tesla Model 3, this was painful and didn't need to be this hard. Everyone was pleasant and professional; it just needs to be streamlined. Also, a few details were missed that I have had to go back to the dealership to resolve. In particular, why was the vehicle not given a full charge before I took over? You wouldn't sell a gas engine with an empty tank; why give a customer an EV with no range? More
I was very dissatisfied with my service at Banister Ford and I will not be coming back for any further service. I watch my car in the service lane for 2 hours after it was repaired and once I realized this, and I will not be coming back for any further service. I watch my car in the service lane for 2 hours after it was repaired and once I realized this, I approached the service representative who said she had forgotten about my car because she was doing other things. I also do not think the diagnosis of my engine leak was performed since it sat in the service lane for those 2 hours. I was also charged for an oil plug that was put in incorrectly during an oil change in October 2023. I had to bring my car back for service because the plug was missing and oil was leaking. More
