During my 5 hour service wait I would have appreciated free access to water and snacks. I expect this at a luxury car dealership. I understand you are under construction but the makeshift coffee area was free access to water and snacks. I expect this at a luxury car dealership. I understand you are under construction but the makeshift coffee area was a complete disaster. In addition, my oil change cost $50 more than the BMW dealership in which I purchased the vehicle. Once I got home I looked at my paperwork and the receipt stapled to it was not my credit card number nor correct service charge. I was given the wrong receipt likely in part due the young lady helping me arguing with a service tech that had not done data entry on another vehicle correctly. More

My service advisor, Jason Jakablowsi, explained in detail just what was going on with my vehicle and what the cost would be. I appreciated knowing the approximate cost. Jason was superb in identifying my maintenance needs & handling my car intake upon arrival. His demeanor was pleasant in answering my novice questions & gave accurate information about the time element i handling my car intake upon arrival.
