Corey is awesome, always professional and understands customer service at every level. Although I don't enjoy having to spend a lot of money for both my BMW x1 & BMW x7, Corey always seems to explain thi customer service at every level. This is my first BMW, and so far it's been a great experience! Jason, my service rep, was very conscientious in answering all of my questions about my vehicle and keeping me updated during my first experience! Jason, my service rep, was very conscientious in answering all of my questions about my vehicle and keeping me updated during my first one-year scheduled maintenance checkup which includes oil change, etc., and was done very quickly and efficiently. This is my second car purchased from a Zeigler dealership, and I'm very happy to be part of the Zeigler family. More
My Service Rep, Corey, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely busy and took time with each client as necessary. I did have to come into the dealership 2x because a part has to be ordered because He was extremely busy and took time with each client as necessary. This was an inconvenience as I am in the process of hiring and had to cancel several live interviews. I did spend quite a bit of time waiting at the dealership between both days. I would recommend for future that more communication is received via text as to status; even if an update is not yet available. Maybe "Hello, I am aware that you are still patiently awaiting for your vehicle and we are working diligently to complete". The price of service was quite steep and I did speak with both Corey and a manager in regards to this. My brakes were just short of the 2yr warranty period and therefore was charged full pricing with minor credit adjustments. More
I brought my car in because the manual trunk latch was intermittently working. The day before, iit didn't work at all. The day of service, it worked so nothing was done. I didn't imagine this happening and ended up wasting 2 hours for nothing. I'm highly disappointed! Dion did what he could so I'm not blaming him. The car is under warranty so I don't feel I was treated fairly. More
This review has nothing to do with Dion he was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I am however disappointed with the recommendations the service crew suggested amazing, kind and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I am however disappointed with the recommendations the service crew suggested when I came in for an oil change and then needed 3 critical other things done but when I took it to a friends shop they said it wasn’t critical and that my oil leak was barely there but I feel like every time I come in you guys try to make a buck off me. Again, Dion is so awesome and heard me and my concerns and was the absolute best service advisor I had worked with there. More
