I was sold an wxtended warranty on a used vehicle. It was never explained that it was a 3 rd party warranty that needed outside approval for repairs or that it had a deductible. I watched several yourube videos about it while at the dealer. After the approval it took the sealer 2 hours to perform the repair. After watching the videos incould have completed teh repair in less than 20 minutes. It eas literally 4 plastic clips that hold the door housing in place that are accessible from the inner wheel well. 2 wire clips come off then everything goes back on. A competent mechanic shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes. There is absolutely no reason it should have been 2 hours. You then charged $629 in labor. For 2 hours. That is beyond astronomical that is totally taking advantage and stealing from people. I also had a $100 deductible if i would have known prior to being there i would have purchased the $79 part and performed the repair myself at home in about 30 minutes. Instead of wasting 4 1/2 hours at the dealership and an extra $20. The only positive thing i have to say is when after i complained when the service provider told me i had to leqve the car for approval and it could take hours or a day or so she called the third party warranty company and got it approved in about 30 minutes. That was the only positive. You need to be more transparent/honest and up front with people when selling then a warranty on a used vehicle. More

Later, the technician also showed the MPI video where they performed the inspection of the whole car, and again, everything seems normal. However, before i went to pick up the car, the service provider, she called me and let me know one my wheel missing a lug nut. I asked if she can help to have the technician to install the new one on because this is a huge safety concern and need to be fixed asap. I arrived to pick up the car, somehow she told me again that they tried but couldn't due to the length difference and she denied to offer any help and let me take the car with only 4 wheel lugs on the right front wheel. This is serious safety concern and what could happen if that wheel fell off due to missing lug nut, it will be a tragic accident. They don't seem to care. I told them i gave them the car with everything and now i received my car after service back with missing lug nut. They denied to repair or to do anything for me. Later that week, i found the replacement nut but also i ended up finding out that the wheel hub (with female threads on), it's stripped and that's why they can't repair and they denied to help. What is unethical way to treat a loyal BMW customer. I need serious help here. I don't have car to use for my daily work and i have to borrow car from someone to use instead More

I don’t know about you but top off fluids have always included wiper fluid was just there a couple of days ago and now level low indicator on, seems like every time I take in something else goes wrong! Also fog lamp loose guessing it was that way when I purchased the car now they want to charge me to get it fixed makes me angry!!! More
