Hello Kazhameen When you first raised concerns shortly after purchasing your Nissan, we brought the car back in promptly for a thorough inspection. At that time, our technicians confirmed there were no mechanical faults. The fluid you observed was identified as normal condensation from the air conditioning system — something that occurs with all vehicles when the AC is in use, especially during warm or humid weather. The sound you mentioned was traced to the fan system, which was functioning within normal parameters during our inspection. There were no signs of cooling or HVAC failure at the time. We would never knowingly deliver a vehicle with a fault that could impact safety, and our intention has always been to ensure clients leave in a vehicle we stand behind. Unfortunately, bringing the issue up after 1 year of driving and sending us an invoice for the work that you had completed is not fair. We had no opportunity to inspect the vehicle and you just demanded us to pay the bill. We wish you all the best

No actually i called before i took it to the mechanic. Your team also said there was nothing wrong with it when i reported the exact same issue after taking it off your lot. I did not demand anything and your team requested i send the invoice and then refused it because i wrote my honest review. I will be updating my review with all my call logs and dates since you insist on being dishonest.
