Poor customer service Horrible customer service I called in earlier today to book an appointment to have my fob starter fixed the earliest appointment they had was June 1st Horrible customer service I called in earlier today to book an appointment to have my fob starter fixed the earliest appointment they had was June 1st it is currently may 11th I asked if they could fit me in earlier as I could not wait 20 days to drive my car. What I got was a very rude response with zero help. I would recommend going to see a different dealer as there are many other shops qualified to work on bmw. Again very rude and unhelpful customer service. More

Brand New 2015 335xi M Performance Edition I picked up my brand new 2015 335 xi M Performance Edition in Suzuka Grey last night from Serpa BMW in Newmarket. I have been a long time Honda/Acura I picked up my brand new 2015 335 xi M Performance Edition in Suzuka Grey last night from Serpa BMW in Newmarket. I have been a long time Honda/Acura client and wanted to purchase a luxury vehicle. I looked at many brands, and i have to say the Serpa team made it very easy for me. I started with with a phone call and spoke with Kyle Black. He was very helpful and knew the cars inside and out. I then went to test drive the vehicle and Kyle was not in so I spoke with Tony Ramundi. Tony was very helpful as well. I then had several phone calls and E-Mails regarding different vehicles and Kyle and Tony worked as team to provide me answers to my questions, and I had a lot of questions because this was my first BMW purchase. Each time I went to the dealership, I was greeted promptly and Stefano Serpa always made a point of coming over and saying hello. I really felt they wanted and cared for my business. I have purchased or leased 7 vehicles and I have to say that this was by far my most pleasurable experience. Bridget Adamo was also great to work with when I went to sign the paperwork for my car. She was very clear and pointed everything out to me. I even remember signing the paperwork with a nice BMW pen. We were offered coffee water while they prepared our test X3. The test drive was very good so we were now ready to sit down and see what will work for us. After a relaxed and informative conversation reviewing different option packages and availability, we decided to see if we can work out a deal on an X3 they had in the showroom. The entire sales process was professional, informative and relaxed. At no time did we feel any sales pressure whatsoever!!! Gautam showed us the numbers with no hidden charges or gimmicks. We were offered a good, fair and honest deal for the X3. As a previous owner of other luxury brands i.e. Mercedes Benz, Audi and countless other Japanese models, the experience at Serpa is BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Serpa to anyone in the market for a fair, honest and hassle free BMW buying experience. They do live up to their values - RESPECT, TRUST and ENJOY. We were introduced by G's co-worker, 'Brittany' who was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with at the show answering many questions that we had. I then asked if she was in sales, unfortunately she wasn't but then kindly led us to Gautam. From the very second we met Gautam we knew we wanted to visit him at the dealership, he made us feel very comfortable from that very moment. My wife and I were debating purchasing a new BMW, has I drove a 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport at that time. G led us through the way. The first time we arrived at Serpa BMW, we told G we are undecided on 4 different models we were debating between. My wife and I were all over the place, looking at the X5, X4, Gran Coupe and the Coupe.
