One of the owners, Lionel sold us the vehicle and Tim in the office helped us with the paying of the RAV4. Dave Ashe made sure our new sport utility was safe by his inspection report. The service guys Raveen, Jimmy and Steve washed the vehicle and filled it with gas while we took care of the paperwork. Abe, the Insurance guy took about 7 minutes to get us on our way. We arrived at 11:05 and were on our way home at 1:00. The best experience at a car lot I have ever had. More

DJ sold me a 2017 Ford Escape- the nicest car I’ve ever owned. I met him initially over the phone, where he answered my questions and invited me in. First, the salesperson Dave was clear about the sales process and laid out each step without giving us the feeling of being hurried or stressed. Second, it was a nice touch to have met a number of the support staff who were friendly and easy to deal with. Finally it was assuring to get a follow up note from the General Sales Manager asking if we were happy with the purchase and the service as well as contact information if something was a problem. Very satisfied with the buying experience and we love the car. More

Glad I came back! I previously purchased a vehicle from BCS Auto (Budget Car Sales back then) and when it was time to purchase another car I was very reluctant to go ba I previously purchased a vehicle from BCS Auto (Budget Car Sales back then) and when it was time to purchase another car I was very reluctant to go back because I had such a bad experience there with the former Salesperson and the financier (they do not work there anymore). The only reason I went back was because the car I purchased has been very reliable and they do offer very competitive pricing, but honestly, it really felt like I was walking back into a dragons den. However to my surprise, all the people I met with this time was very attentive when I expressed about the unfair treatment I received in the past, they were genuinely willing to correct the issue with or without the purchase/sale of a car which made me feel happy that I came back. I ended up driving out with the car that I wanted with a great deal! I wish to thank Dave, Lionel, and Tim each of them for going the extra mile to welcoming me back and help turn my experience around. Also, Aaron who helped me with my car insurance secured my long-lasting impression with the company! I greatly appreciated for everyone's time and work.
