These guys are liars and a scam! I spoke to an advisor Micheal and right of the bat he snuck in warranty into the price of the car which made it high. But because I liked the car, I decided to go with it. I signed papers and was to pick up the car the next day, and on getting home, I decided to cancel the warranty. I called Micheal on the phone and asked if I could still cancel the warranty, he blatantly lied to me on the phone saying all sales are final when In fact I had 10 days to cancel warranty if I wanted. Then he proceeded to give me the front page of the warranty agreement without the rest. Also, it turns out that I was given worn out tires which didn’t last up-to 3 months. Every time I tried to contact Micheal after purchase he declined my call. These guys are a scam and a very dubious bunch. Do not go there! Or atleast do not deal with Micheal, he is a very dishonest fellow. More

I went there to look for a car I saw online. I told the guy I am paying cash and we sat down in his office. He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things. To be honest I would never waste my money or time at a place where the salesperson is ready to lie and scam you and when you call to complain they don't take the complain but as for your info to call you back.
