Ross Peers approached us on their lot and was informative and a help from the beginning. I have been driving Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth mini vans since 1988 and was ready - in retirement - for a sedan. We test drove and decided on a 2013 Chrysler 300C. Ross was familiar with all of the many options on this vehicle and before, during and after that test drive, he was able to answer our questions fully. The owners manual is 600 pages. It was nice to deal with a salesman who was very knowledgeable about the product he was presenting. We met and spoke with Peter during the process and found his input helpful as well. They were both on hand when I returned to drop off my Town and Country van and pick up the 300C. Sad to see the van go - enjoy the new ride.
