I had an absolutely horrific experience at Audi of Mississauga Service Department. I brought in my car for typical maintenance service only to find my engine light illuminated along with a hole in my Mississauga Service Department. I brought in my car for typical maintenance service only to find my engine light illuminated along with a hole in my exhaust system after the service was complete. Audi refused to pay for the damages they caused and simply stated that it was a matter of ‘coincidence’. I am in the midst of seeking legal action for the damages caused by their expert mechanics. Service department is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and downright disgraceful. To protect your Audi and your money, seek you auto service elsewhere, and whatever you do, do not listen to the likes of service advisor Greg Kudrewatych or manager Brian Roman. More
