incompetent service #2 I had car examined and held for a whole day to identify leaking exhaust which was clearly visible. After that it took a week to get the parts and anot I had car examined and held for a whole day to identify leaking exhaust which was clearly visible. After that it took a week to get the parts and another week to book an appointment for the fix. The dealer was informed that the car will be needed the same day for the family trip and i was reassured that the car will be fixed that day. On the day of the scheduled appointment half way thru the day i got the call that some of the parts can not be removed and that the car will need to stay in the shop for another day. With the big its not our problem. No loaner and no interest what you will do without the car and how you gone manage your family trip. Complete bust and ignorance. If you know you may run into issues do your checks first before taking the car apart and if you are not sure that you can fix it in the given time, maybe you should not have started the job. So for i have not have any good experience with this dealer and every visit comes with some kind of issues. Thank you for complicating my vacations!!!! More

incompetent service Every time i have contacted service at this location, i got very inaccurate information or no information at all. The diagnosis where never correct an Every time i have contacted service at this location, i got very inaccurate information or no information at all. The diagnosis where never correct and usually exaggerated of what was wrong. I have been charged 2hr diagnosis for a setting missed in the menus. Over all I find service people very incompetent at the job that they do especially when they try to justify technical and push diagnoses to a person that actually understands and have worked on cars before. It feels like the show with a hidden camera at the car shop. More
