My Finance staff have been actively working on this lien release for you and verified that you are the only active lien holder against your Audi SQ5. Volkswagen Finance has realized their error and removed the original owner’s lien. It may take 30 to 60 days for Carfax to update their data, and that is why you are still seeing the same report from them. I will assure you that we will find a solution for you from Volkswagen Finance and get you the necessary documentation you require. Mike Beck, General Manager
