I have the worst service experien This is my third Audi, and always HD great service with Pfaff. Moved to the city and started going to downtown Audi. I have the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at any dealership. So much so that this will be my last Audi and will go back to Mercedes. Corporate needs to go in there and clean this place out and get competent staff. More
Service appointment changed my mind about buying a new Aud! I asked the dealership to quote me a price on a new A5 cabriolet but after my last experience with the service department, I have changed my mind. I I asked the dealership to quote me a price on a new A5 cabriolet but after my last experience with the service department, I have changed my mind. I don’t believe I will be buying Audi again and I have 3 in my family now Three nights ago I had trouble starting my car after many attempts it finally started but didn’t run properly so I had my car towed to the dealership. I also told the “service” advisor that the valet button mysteriously engaged and wouldn’t disengage so I couldn’t open the trunk without a key. After a couple of hrs I was called and told that they had diagnosed the problem and it was going to cost $6- $700 to fix. I said go ahead and fix it and reminded him about the valet. An hr or so later he phoned me again and told me it was the timing belt and it would be about $1200 to fix. I said ok reminded him about the valet and he said it would be done. He told me it would take another day to be done I said fine. The next morning he called and said the car was being finished and it was going to $1700 to fix, I said ok and again asked about the valet again the answer was he was taking care of it I wondered why a timing belt was costing so much so I googled Audi timing belt and up came a lawsuit that had been settled in the United states regarding 2008-2012 VW and Audi timing belts. I called the service advisor told him about the settlement and he replied he knew nothing about it. I asked for the number to Audi Canada and he gave it to me When I contacted Audi Canada and said 2012 timing belt I was told they cannot talk to me any further and gave me to the lawyer who has filed a class action suit I called the lawyer then called the advisor and supposedly informed him that there was a suit and he shrugged it off saying my car would be ready at 3:30 and offered a pick up I asked if the valet had been taken care of? Absolutely he replied When I got to Audi the bill was just shy of $3000 which I paid and will wait for the lawsuit to be reimbursed While waiting for my car I went to the service advisor to offer him the number of the lawyer involved in the suit so he could more easily help other customers with the same problem. He had no interest in taking the number from me. I asked him what was wrong with the valet he said that the technition just pushed the red button and it turned off. I said I was shocked because I pushed it many times with both fobs and it did nothing I got into my car and immediately the valet alert came on I parked the car and went immediately to the advisor who said ok he wil, go check he then proceeded to type in a work order for 10 minutes while I was standing and waiting (I have a disability that makes standing very painfull) finally he said ok let’s go check. He got into my car and started it and of course the warning came on. He said he will take it right down and get it fixed. It took about 10 minutes and while I was waiting went over my work order and noticed there was no mention of the valet warning on the order so how could it have been done. When he returned he told me I needed a new button and he would have to check the price. I asked if he could disable it and refused he said no. When I said this is now going to require another service call and another day without a car. He unapologetically said yes and walked away. I believe his name was Adamo. I didn’t bother to remember it because neither myself my wife or my son will be returning for “service????” More
Terrible Customer Service Audi's downtown service centre has gone 100% down hill. I've been a Audi customer for 7 years and I'm done with this brand. Called on Monday morning Audi's downtown service centre has gone 100% down hill. I've been a Audi customer for 7 years and I'm done with this brand. Called on Monday morning to find out what's going on with a recall part that apparently came in two weeks ago and still waiting for a call back (it's now Wednesday evening). This is my fourth attempt at trying to get this recall done. I've already started looking at other brands of cars as my lease is up in 2019. More
They spoil the Audi Name I should preface this by stating that as a previous Mercedes and BMW owner, I am used to amazing customer service when getting service. Audi downtown I should preface this by stating that as a previous Mercedes and BMW owner, I am used to amazing customer service when getting service. Audi downtown is definitely not a luxury service center; have one conversation with their service team (I even spoke to the manager) and you will feel like you are at a used car dealership. I actually ended up leaving Audi downtown and went to Pfaff Audi instead. They rushed in to give me water and offer coffee while I waited, worked their butts of to make me happy, and even washed my car for me. Now that is what Audi is supposed to represent. More

Engine light came back on within weeks.. come to find out from a independent shop 2 spark plug washers were cut off and put back into engine affecting my gas consumption and performance which audi downtown denied doing so I would have to come back. I will never go here again and I suggest ppl stay away I ended up paying over $300 that day for free of charge service. More

Could it be they're trying to think of how to tell me why there are so many problems in a car with so little mileage on the clock? Beware of an Audi out of warranty! More
Substandard Service Department When I write reviews it is usually to give praise to a company, but this time I unfortunately have to do the opposite. Prior to this Audi I have alwa When I write reviews it is usually to give praise to a company, but this time I unfortunately have to do the opposite. Prior to this Audi I have always had a Japanese car and had my cars serviced at the dealerships for the last 20 years. Perhaps those dealerships are simply well above average and I have been spoiled all these years, but I would venture to think not. Here are the issues I had with the service department: It was impossible to get ahold of someone to book a service appointment. Granted, this current service appointment was easier than the last time in April when they were going through the beginning of renovations. There is complete disconnect between the person who answers the phone, the person who books rentals or car service, the service reps and the mechanics. They do not communicate with each other which then leads to conflicting information provided. An example of the poor communication is that I was called to re-book my service appointment because there was a leak at the department on the day I was to drop off my car (certainly understandable for Emergencies to arise) and so I asked if I could have the earliest appointment on the next date available so that my car would be in queue first since I was going to be waiting for it. When I arrive for my scheduled time I am told the mechanics do not start work until an hour later and that I was booked for a car rental. If you are going to work or trying to plan your day this is a significant oversight. A second example is when my side view mirror spontaneously cracked during the ice storm about a month after getting my new car. My hypothesis was that the defroster for the mirror was left on and the thickness of the ice created a pressure issue and it cracked under the pressure. Regardless, I needed to make an appointment for it to be fixed. I was told I could not get an appointment for at least a month, I would need to bring the car in for an initial appointment at that time for them to assess what I needed. But given that the part would need to be ordered they suggested me speaking to the parts department and ordering the part myself (how would I know what I need without the mechanic looking at the extent). In most dealership service departments you do not need to fix the car yourself or order the parts yourself. Usually that is under the guidance of the mechanic who orders it for you and then bills you for parts and services. To address the situation I had to complain to a supervisor in person (not a chance of getting one on the phone) and it was addressed by giving me a free car detailing and an apology. Honestly I would have been happier with an improvement in the actual service, but when I cam in again now it has not changed. The bottom line is, I like my Audi as a vehicle itself and have been happy with it, but I have been beyond disappointed in the service department at this location. I think my next car will not be an Audi for the only reason of I do not want to deal with this dealership again. More

Finally got the appointment scheduled and was required to leave th me car overnight...which no one bothered to call and tell us about. When my husband went to pick up the rental he was left for 1/2 hour while someone went to get the insurance out of our car. Quite annoyed he left and we got the required service completed elsewhere for $400 less than Audi’s estimate. They also suggested we had a nail in one of our tires which the second auto body company assured us we did not have. I love Audi’s but the customer service here is deplorable. More
