Finding a new vehicle took 2 weeks. Arranged to take possession and on such day, was informed that there was a wheel option that I was not interested in. I was informed by sales manager that they would “help me out with extra 1300 charge” I agreed (morning of pickup) The sales manager asked if I was in agreement to increase term of lease by 3 months over the phone to offset price increase. I agreed. I was presented new contract revision and distracted by changes to options that I had requested removed. It was rewritten and we concluded. When I got home I had the feeling to review the original contract. Not only had the dealership recouped the 1300 extra over 3 months payment but they had also increased the lease % by 0.5 which is over 1500$ in 48 months. I tried calling (messages left) lease manager with cc to sales manager and then general manager and complaint to Audi Canada and received absolute zero response. I will be sure to give this dealership no future business of any kind and the worse possible reviews that such customer service warrants. I have dealt with 2 previous Audi groups with no such greedy and scheming practices. More

I brought my Audi SQ5 in after getting an “air suspension malfunction” warning. I paid $220 for a diagnostic, expecting some insight—but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. I didn’t even get an update until late in the day. They suggested replacing the battery and checking the wiring, which I agreed to, hoping it would finally get to the root of the issue. It didn’t. Days later, I was told they still didn’t know what was causing the problem but wanted thousands more to replace a wiring harness. At no point was there a confident diagnosis—just more guessing. What really pushed me over the edge was the lack of support and transparency. I wasn’t offered a courtesy vehicle and had to chase down basic updates. When I asked for copies of my personal information—including any call recordings—they flat-out refused, even though I never gave consent to be recorded in the first place. (For anyone reading this: you do have the right to request this under Canadian privacy law, PIPEDA.) I’ve had other frustrating experiences here before, but this one sealed it. I’m taking my car elsewhere—and I strongly suggest you think twice before trusting this dealership with yours. You deserve honesty, real answers, and to feel like your time and money matter. fix auto ajax, bought factory lower rear cover. didnt fit. replacement fit perfect. they say it will take 3-4 months to issue a credit. with part service like that. bought a 2018 cpo warranty s4. day after picking it up engine light came on. the salesman lied to me about having brand new brakes as i had to replace them couple months later. pay day after picking it up engine light came on. the salesman lied to me about having brand new brakes as i had to replace them couple months later. payed couple thousand out of pocket to for painting all the chrome around the car black and a new front grill. all the chrome parts came back wrapped not painted and the new front grill made my front camera unusable. the front speakers in my car came slightly burned which i didnt notice till couple weeks later as it was only scratchy at louder volumes. serveral months later now the speaker is much worse. they did a "software update" to fix my fuel pressure error code from my engine light which removed the light on my dashboard but not the problem. test drove with the mechanic and to point out the issues and he completely denied it even thought we were sitting together in the car. now several months later all the beautiful pops and gurgles from my engine are completely gone and the general sound of my engine is starting to worry me. do yourself a favor avoid these fools if i could go back i would have never bought this car and for sure would have avoided that dealership. this is my 2nd audi (1st expreience was great-new lease) and my next car will not be audi and my experience with audi downtown is in part to blame. would have had better customer service in afghanistan.
