I made an appointment for 0830, but since I wasn’t waiting, they didn’t get to my car until 3. They diagnosed it correctly but then came back with pressure and a hard sell for new brake pads AND rotor waiting, they didn’t get to my car until 3. I spent an hour of my life that I’ll never get back to convince the parts manager that I didn’t want new rotors. The next day he called and said he had been mistaken and car didn’t need new brake pads after all. The kicker? They never did the main repair that I took the car in for in the first place. I think once your car is in the shop, they do a fine job. The problem is the terrible communication about scheduling, when your part arrives, when the car is supposed to be done and all points in between. On-site customer service is good. Honestly, I avoid this place unless I am in desperation mode for a Hyundai specific part. There's absolutely no need to bring it here for oil changes, tires and basic maintenance. The communication is just not set up for any level of efficient operations whatsoever. More
