Bought a certified pre-owned car at Annapolis Hyundai with extended warranty, but within a week, it developed a serious coolant problem. This turned out to be a known recall/ campaign issue for the model with extended warranty, but within a week, it developed a serious coolant problem. This turned out to be a known recall/ campaign issue for the model! It felt like they should have been aware of this before selling me the car. I took it in for repairs, but after 9 frustrating days, they still couldn't fix it and recommended another dealership. To top it off, the service manager Chris wouldn't respond calls, messages and email, for a month! Needless to say, I would strongly advise against using Annapolis Hyundai service department. I would say the salesman Rob tried his best to help me but there seem to be a disconnect between service and sales. More

It's a small thing, but annoying. I bring my Hyundai to the dealer because I expect a higher level of service & attention to detail at the dealer. At least that was my experience for 10+ years at the Annapolis Honda dealer's service department. Hmm. More
I made an appointment for 0830, but since I wasn’t waiting, they didn’t get to my car until 3. They diagnosed it correctly but then came back with pressure and a hard sell for new brake pads AND rotor waiting, they didn’t get to my car until 3. I spent an hour of my life that I’ll never get back to convince the parts manager that I didn’t want new rotors. The next day he called and said he had been mistaken and car didn’t need new brake pads after all. The kicker? They never did the main repair that I took the car in for in the first place. Save your time and money- go somewhere else. More
