I was told the offer that was given previous will stand when i sent an e-mail but unfortunately the sales manager decided to change his mind and give me another offer was was much higher. Th'e sales agent felt bad but said he couldn't do anything. We went a few times to test drive the car i wanted to purchase and i greatly appreciated that, i was looking forward to buy from them but that sales manager was the dealbreaker. When i heard he would not give me that offer anymore, i was disappointed, what i found weird was it wasn't written on the page that they offered it to me previously so that only makes me question why offer something that you won't give? Scam? I don't know what that was all about. Anyways, nice sales agents there, very knowledgeable. I eventually went to look for parts as i purchased the vehicle somewhere else. The man at the counter was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He provided me his managers contact. Thinking maybe parts would be better, same results. Another useless manager at Agincourt, sales and parts. The parts manager was Darren. Doesn't reply to my e-mails. Thinking it might be because he's a manager, i try other dealers and the other dealers got back to me quickly. More

Went in only because I was over my kilometers by a lot and was in the area. I usually service with my local mechanic, but the service was so exceptional that I now service at Agincourt Hyundai all the tim and was in the area. I used to deal with Kingscross Hyundai since it was closer to work, but over the years their service diminished. Agincourt Hyundai is much closer to home so I started servicing there and I am extremely closer to work, but over the years their service diminished. Agincourt Hyundai is much closer to home so I started servicing there and I am extremely impressed. Everyone is very friendly and are honest. They don't upsell you on work that is not needed so you don't waste your time or money. Prices are okay I guess but it's pretty much the same across the board so I can't complain. Definitely my preferred Dealership for now. More

So pleased was I, that I actually used to bring my husband's GM there for servicing. Then they moved to their present location on Markham Road. It has been a disaster since. The waits are ridiculous, the prices seem to have skyrocketed and their customer services and follow through is terrible. My last visit was beyond bad; 4.5 hour wait time, no follow up, they basically lied about my previous visit six weeks earlier and the cost was prohibitive. I wrote a letter outlining the sequence of events between two visits, six weeks apart, and telling them how disappointed I was, and have been completely ignored. I will NOT be going back and will not be recommending them to anyone. More
