Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take such matters very seriously and have conducted a thorough investigation. Our due diligence included: 1. Personal one-on-one questioning of all team members. 2. Reviewing the dealership's security camera footage with the police officer. 3. Cooperating fully with the local police. 4. Inviting a police officer to join us in searching the area where your TLX was serviced, as well as the bathroom, technician locker room, lost and found, and all other possible areas suggested by the officer. From my experience, many items tend to be misplaced by clients due to forgetfulness or simply misplacing the item. We highly encourage our clients to secure their belongings in the trunk or glove compartment to ensure events like these are avoided. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused and assure you that we have done everything possible to resolve it.
