I’ve been coming to Acura of Columbus for several years. They have always been professional & accommodating to my needs! The text feature is absolutely genius! So convenient & safe by having the keys locked & each customer having their own code! The pickup/drop off with Lyft is so amazing! Acura treats it’s guests as they would like to be treated! They have squeezed me in, when needed…like if I was going out of town & needed my vehicle serviced. This is the 2nd Acura I’ve owned & I have permanently become an Acura buyer, partially bc of the service experience I’ve had! They set the standards for ANY dealership ..not just Acura dealerships!
