Poor customer service after sale I have had a Ford vehicle for 3 years and have had my maintenance done at this location because it is close to my place. Every time I deal with them, I have had a Ford vehicle for 3 years and have had my maintenance done at this location because it is close to my place. Every time I deal with them, i get the attitude and very little information about what was done on my vehicle. Once more, I left 4 voice mails to get someone to call me back and after 10 days I still haven't heard from them. When you call, their voice mail is full or you get stuck in a cyberspace phone system going no where. Very frustrating. More

Dealer never got the repairs right. I was a customer for over a year. Example, got CAA report to change left front bearing; they replaced the right one instead. They said they replaced the battery under war over a year. Example, got CAA report to change left front bearing; they replaced the right one instead. They said they replaced the battery under warranty, CAA confirmed it is the original one and after two more visits they finally replaced it. Exterior wind noise got fixed after 6 visits and me finding an article that the part number had changed on a new model. This garage just does everything wrong, no wonder I was back every other week. I have since changed garages, and only need to visit twice a year for regular maintenance and tires changes. More
