I went for a winter tire swap and the tires are on rims. The guy at the service with the twisted hairs added the services for balancing the tires without telling me and wanted me to sign. Good that I asked and then he told me the extra cost for balancing the tires. What a tricky way to get your customers to pay more. I told him I didn't ask for balancing tires and why he didnt reveal the additional service until I ask. I just wanted tire swaps. It came across deceiving for not reveal the services before asking the customer to sign. I insisted I just wanted a tire swap. Then after the job is done, I found out one of the tire caps was so loose that it fell off after a short distance and half of hooks of the cap were broken. It is a sign that someone just jammed the cap into the rim. And another cap is cracked. It showed me the shop doesn't take care of their work and poor workmanship. They should have told me one of they caps was broken even they didn't break it. They should not let the customer drive out with a broken cap. Also they didnt bother to check the air pressure of the winter tires after they out them on. I never had such a bad experience with Mazda dealership services. I have been a mazda customer since 2017 and have been with Applewood Mazda in Erin Mills all these years and they are so good and each time they would check all my tires and tell me everything about my summer tires and my winter times about their thread uses and the pressures after the jobs. They would talk me through the tires. Only this time they were booked until Jan then I though maybe I just go to another Mazda dealership to do the tire swap. What a big mistake I ended up one broken cap and one Cracked cap, and almost unknowingly paying for an additional balancing job, and I have to check my own tire pressures after going home. I wouldn't recommend this dealership service to anyone and I will stay with the Applewood Mazda in Erin Mills. It is true you wont know how good you have with your dealership until you try another one. A good learned lesson. More
I bought a 2019 Audi Q5 in May. I went to my mechanic four months later and he told me that I needed new tires and rear brakes. The air filter and cabin filter were caked with debris. I called a few times and emailed both the GM (who didn’t reply) and the service manager who ghosted me. I blame myself for not reading reviews and thinking that a national dealership would provide me with confidence. The buying experience was terrible as well and the salesperson (who allegedly is no longer there) told me that the car would be detailed (it wasn’t!) and that their safety standards are above and beyond (they are NOT!) The service manager offered reimbursement for the cabin and air filter (but hasn’t even done that) I hope this helps another buyer. Insist on having your own mechanic look the car over. Learn from my experience please. Never again! More

I bought a car in September and they sold me some insurance for lost keys and a bunch of other things and the car only came with 1 key which I thought was strange. I went looking through my paperwork and noticed they have said they gave me 2 keys to the insurance company. I called the insurance place and they said the have the same thing in record and to call the dealer to get them to give me the second key. So I've been calling for a week and they keep saying no one is there to talk to and someone will call me back and nothing. I was also told the car was being under coated at a cost of $800 to me well surprise its not undercoated.( I looked under the car myself and took pictures)I had to get it done at another garage when i had my winter tires installed. They had also said the car had all the filters changed and that was never done either. I did bring that to the sales guys attention and he did get me the money back that i had to put out for that.The sales person was extremely nice but other than him not impressed. Such a simple fix that this dealership could do but avoiding me seems a better solution to them. More

Then they tell me in April,/23 that the Vin number they provided in Dec was not for my car. I cancelled my deal on the spot. They used my deposit for a year and used the current industry delays,shortages, strikes etc to hide their mistake. More
Don't waste your time. Told us they had stock, drove to see it, Didn't have it. Made a deal on an alternative. Promised to send documents to sign, Never did. Mu last personal experience here was above expectations for a car dealership. Professional peoples and a real pleasure to work with. This dealership was great to work with, but recently it has gone to the dogs. The phones are ringing none stop, they can never give you an appointment.
