The necessary repairs were fine. My only problem was that the previous service manager told me it would take a couple of hours so I just said that I would wait for it while it was b My only problem was that the previous service manager told me it would take a couple of hours so I just said that I would wait for it while it was being serviced. The new service tech told me it could be as long as 4 hours. I would have had someone follow me out had I known it would have taken that long. More

Genesis is a terrific car however I will not be purchasing another because of the poor service department. Took car in for a recall by appointment at 8 A.M.
