Bought a used equinox. Zoe was the sales person very positive friendly and knowledgable. The vehicle wasn’t ready on time and Ashley the sales manager provided us with a free rental until our equinox was ready which we are very grateful as we need a vehicle. Until ours was finished .. Recently had my vehicle in for seasonal tire exchange and an oil change. While it was being inspected a few minor items needed some attention. Marlinda, my service advisor called me with an update and after listening to her explanation about what was required I was able to proceed with the additional services. I was notified when the work was completed and was able to pick up my vehicle in a timely manner.
