I left a cruse Cruze for an Oli change and I was told that drain plug was too tight and it could break when removed, I didn't given them the go ahead as it would cost me an oil pan replacement, took vehicle to an independent mechanic and I witnessed drain plug being removed wt no effort at all, actually the garage charged nothing for the service. It makes wonder what really happened, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the service rendered, I left the vehicle at Boyer for hours for a simple oil change and I wasted my time taking it somewhere else. I always trusted Boyer for my vehicle but now I have second thoughts about it and I want to hear back from Boyer about it.
My salesman did a fantastic job setting up my vehicle and looking after me and my wife.
The sales department is quite good but their service department is very poor and inefficient. They can never find the problem on warranty issues but are always willing to up sell on other “repairs”. Note: service advisors are on commission
Don’t return your lease here, they won’t stop the payment, returned my lease there and got another payment taken out 8 business days later! They didn’t take the time to call GM financial and stop my old truck payments and said they won’t pay me back the payment, not attentive.
At Boyer GM Pickering I recently had the worst auto service experience that I have ever had from any dealership in 40+ years of car ownership. My family and I will not go back.
Don’t take your car here go some where that you can fix It’s be n there 3 or four times for the same thing
