Julia Devos service advisor is very good of what she do. She's polite on us and quick.Very good person.
I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment for my husbands experience with GM Motors’ customer service. We contacted GM regarding a well-known and common Cadillac issue involving persistent infotainment and electrical system malfunctions, a problem that GM is clearly aware of and one that never should have escalated to this point. Instead of receiving support, we were met with indifference and resistance at every turn. After more than 40 years of loyalty to GM, it was disappointing to be treated as though our concerns were insignificant. The service advisor we dealt with, Julie I believe it was, demonstrated little understanding of the issue and refused to provide the name or contact information of anyone who could escalate the concern. Despite attempts to reach out to district sales managers, not a single person had the decency to respond. The tone throughout this experience felt dismissive and at times, hostile. Resulting in what is the worst customer service experience I have had. At no point did GM appear concerned about resolving the issue, or retaining a long-standing customer. I strongly urge potential customers to consider their options carefully.
Way overpriced. Terrible service and customer service. Will not be returning here. If I could give a 0 I would.

Never purchase from gm . Purchased 350zz6 crate engine from gm in Alberta on Feb of 2024 in 2024 had a few issues and service manager at that time honored the warranty . Seeing the car is 50 years old I store the car in winter and dealership asked me to bring in when weather was nicer . So April 15th of this year I brought vehicle in to get the flywheel replaced and new starter after I was told flywheel wasn't balanced which caused the starter problem. So April comes I bring vehicle in and new service manager refuses to honor warranty ,saying it wasn't done at their shop. This is a shop warranty but a gm warranty so they an obligation to honor it but refused. Called gm canada and I got same answer . This company is terrible for honoring their warranty and strickland is just as bad. It wasn't a mechanic installation problem but a assembly issue . Keep away from gm as they will deny any responsibility. I'm not done with these guys yet and will pursue this issue
A word of advice for anyone considering a purchase from Stricklands Chevrolet Brantford be sure to ask if your address is within there service area cause if it's not you will end up spending all day there when you need any kind of service on your vehicle. And you'll have to pay for any towing fees even under warranty if you break down out of there service area.
